Cookie Policy

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. There are also related technologies like localStorage and sessionStorage. Together these let a site remember things across page loads.
What we set ourselves
- No cookies of our own. The site does not set a single first-party cookie for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
sessionStorage— quiz progress. When you start the body-shape quiz, we save your progress in your browser only (not on our server) so you can pick up where you left off. Cleared when you close the tab.localStorage— cookie-banner acknowledgement.Once you acknowledge our cookie banner, we store a single flag so we don't show it again. Clearing your browser storage resets it.
Third-party services & what they set
- Plausible Analytics — 100% cookie-free. No persistent identifier is set. We use it because it keeps the site fast and respects your privacy.
- GoHighLevel booking widget— when you click “Book a Strategy Call” and a GHL iframe loads, GHL may set its own cookies on the GHL domain to run the widget. We don't control those; see GHL's policy.
- YouTube / Facebook / Instagram embeds — we currently embed none on the site. If we add any in the future, those platforms will set their own cookies on their domains when the embed loads.
- Sentry (error monitoring) — loads only if an error occurs. Does not set tracking cookies.
How to control cookies
You can clear or block browser storage at any time via your browser settings (look for “Clear browsing data” or “Site settings”). Because we don't rely on any tracking cookies for the experience, blocking cookies won't break the site — the only difference is you'll see the cookie banner again.
Changes
If we ever add cookies (for example, a video embed or a new tracking pixel), this page will be updated and the banner will ask for renewed consent for non-essential additions.
