By accessing or using lindapaige.com (the “Site”), or any programme, product or service offered by LindaPaige LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

• Free content — blog, body-shape guides, the body-shape quiz, the 7-day Power Day Protocol bootcamp, lead magnets.
• Paid programmes — Dress To Connect (group) and Dauntless (1-on-1). Pricing and deliverables are discussed on a strategy call; a separate engagement agreement governs the relationship once you enrol.

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or registering for programmes.
• Do not use the Site for anything illegal, abusive, or disruptive.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or rehost our content without written permission.
• Do not share access to paid programmes with others (one account = one person).

All content on lindapaige.com — writing, curriculum frameworks (4-Pillar Confidence Framework, the 5 Body Shapes, Dress To Connect, Dauntless, Faith In Fashion), images, videos and programme materials — belongs to LindaPaige LLC or is used with permission. You may share short excerpts with proper attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our content to train AI models without our express written permission.

Linda's content covers style, confidence, faith, food and fitness at a general coaching level. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains. Results described by past clients are examples, not guarantees.

Specific refund terms for Dress To Connect and Dauntless are set out in the separate engagement agreement you sign at enrolment. The general rule: Dress To Connect carries a 30-day confidence guarantee (feel more confident, or Linda works with you personally at no extra charge). Dauntless is a 3-month commitment; refund terms are spelled out in the Dauntless engagement letter.

The Site links to third-party services (Gmail, GoHighLevel, booking widgets, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them. We don't control their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure at every moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LindaPaige LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our programmes. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you a better forum.

We may update these Terms as our offerings evolve. Material changes will be posted on the Site. The “last updated” date at the top is the source of truth.
