You Are Not Missing Style — You're Missing a System
You think you don't have style. You're wrong. You have style — you just haven't been taught the system that makes it visible. Linda walks you through the closet tour that changes everything.
Every woman I've ever worked with has said the same thing at the start: 'I don't have style. I'm just not a fashion person.' Every single one of them is wrong.
Style is not a personality type you're born with. It is a skill — a learnable, teachable, practisable skill. And like any skill, when you learn it, everything changes.
The closet tour is where we always begin. I ask a woman to show me her wardrobe and within 5 minutes I can see: what she believes about herself, what she's been avoiding, what she's hiding, and what she's ready to step into.
Most women have more than enough in their closet to look incredible every single day. What they're missing is not more clothes — it's the knowledge of how to put together what they already own.
The system starts with knowing your body shape — not your size, your shape. When you dress for it, everything you own suddenly starts working. Pieces you'd given up on come alive. From there, a 5-piece capsule wardrobe covers 80% of what you wear, and a closet cull clears away the pieces that no longer serve the woman you're becoming.
You are not missing style. You have never been missing style. You've been missing someone to show you what was always there. Let me be that person for you.
**Updated April 2026 —** Since this essay went out, a lot of women have written in asking what 'the system' actually is in practice. Short answer: know your shape, clear out what's not working, then build a 5-piece capsule around what is. That sequence — shape, cull, capsule — is the skeleton. Everything I teach beyond that hangs off those three moves. Don't skip steps. The order matters. And once you have the skeleton: the distinction between current and trendy is what ensures your capsule reflects the woman you are today, not the woman you were five years ago.
“Nobody is born a fashionista. Nobody has it all together all the time. Style is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned. You're not missing style — you're missing a system.”
